Please help,
I'm trying to install a Adobe Acrobat PDF virtual printer on my new computer with Windows Vista 64 bit Operating System.
I use the PDF printer to print , for emailing , Auotcad files.
I have tried several times to install Winsteng.exe and other recommended options but nothing seems to work.
From windows control panel "Add a New Printer" I can add (Adobe PDF Converter)but this printer does not create PDF files.

Bear with me,,,I'm an architect and do not know too much about these topics

Thank you in advance.

The only way you can legally install an Adobe Acrobat PDF PostScript printer driver instance is via Acrobat. The Adobe PDF PostScript printer driver instance coordinates with Acrobat's Distiller component to create PostScript and then distill that PostScript into PDF. You cannot get PDF without Acrobat installed.

The driver and driver installers on Adobe's website are only for Windows'9x, Windows NT 4, Windows 2000, and Windows XP (32-bit only), but they won't solve your problem, either!
